Is it still a seller's market?

This is probably the most common question I am hearing from sellers. In my opinion, all indicators show it is still a seller's market; however, it is no longer the unprecedented seller's market on steroids that we saw this summer. Things have started to slow down and I believe the pendulum is starting to swing back towards a more neutral position for buyer and sellers. Currently, we are still seeing inventory shortages coupled with fantastic low interest rates. You may not have 30 completing offers to choose from, but it is still a great time to sell. 262-227-9840
